Mr. Floyd:

Our hospital has participated in three of the ONX System exercises.

Each exercise has been very meaningful and simple to follow. They generate excitement with the staff involved because due to the non-threatening atmosphere participating in a tabletop exercise! We always have fun during these exercises.

Chris Floyd is very responsive before, during and after the exercise for anything that you need. All injects entered into an ONX System exercise are collated and returned to the facilitator. It is great to receive an After Action Report almost completed; all you have to do is prepare your improvement plan. Everything else is documented for you!

As the Emergency Management coordinator for the hospital, I serve as the facilitator. I highly recommend you bring in a scribe to enter the data into the computer. This frees the facilitator to focus on facilitating the exercise. Also, be sure to plan three to four hours to complete it.

I have received great feedback from staff members who have participated in these exercises! I highly recommend them to any hospital. It’s one great method of teaching and exercising an Emergency Operations Plan!
